I am 5’10. 200 lbs Waist size around 34-36. Got medium. Even though these are all called Agent joggers, but the picture showing straight pants is actually skinny-tapered and the picture showing curved pants are actually Loose fit-tapered. I would actually go down a size to small if I am buying the Loose-tapered version again as I like a more form fitting style. Also pockets super shallow so don’t put your phones /wallets in there or you would lose it. So if you are around 5-10 around 200lbs and likes a more fitting style, I would recommend Medium for the skinny version and Small for Loose fit version. If 5-8 or shorter go with small for both versions, 6ft L for Skinny Version and Medium for Loose Version. If you like baggy/loose fit style then I recommend just buy M on the loose fit version if you are 5-8 and L if you are 6-0.
